International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected countries. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
- International shipping costs vary by country and order weight.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by local customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
Tracking Notice: Some international shipments may not have end-to-end tracking, depending on the destination country’s postal service.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Processing time: 1-2 business days before shipment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- You can request an order cancellation before it has been processed for shipment.
- If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
