Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (additional charges apply)
  • We primarily use USPS and DHL, but we reserve the right to use other carriers at our discretion.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
  • International shipping costs vary by country and order weight.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by local customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking Notice: Some international shipments may not have end-to-end tracking, depending on the destination country’s postal service.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days before shipment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can request an order cancellation before it has been processed for shipment.
  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact Support@CasaOrigin.com as soon as possible. However, address changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed.

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 48 business hours for our team to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
