Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your CasaOrigin disposable face towels, we offer the following return options:
Returns:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at Support@CasaOrigin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Exceptions: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will gladly replace the item(s) and cover the shipping costs.
To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Sustainable Returns:
We encourage you to reuse the original packaging for your return to minimize waste.
If possible, please consolidate multiple returns into one package to reduce shipping emissions.
