If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your CasaOrigin face towels, you can return them within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the towels must be:

Unused and unopened: The face towels should be in their original packaging and show no signs of use.
Purchased directly from CasaOrigin: This policy applies only to purchases made directly from our website. For purchases made through other retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team at Support@CasaOrigin.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please package the towels securely in the original packaging and affix the label.

3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will gladly replace the item(s) and cover the shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to expedite the process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Sustainability

We encourage you to reuse the original packaging or a similar-sized box for your return to minimize waste. This helps us reduce our environmental impact and aligns with our commitment to sustainability.
